This wedding holds a particularly special place in my heart for lots of reasons…
Firstly, Anne & Rob are two very good friends of ours and to be honest I was blown away that they chose me to shoot their day. I knew photography was really important for them and even after sending them a long list of great photographers to look at before they made a decision they still asked me. It’s highly likely they were drunk… but they were stuck with me.
Secondly, it had loads and loads of our friends there.
Thirdly, it was a really really great wedding. The whole day just had that special feel to it, they looked amazing, we had great weather and everyone just rocked it.
…and lastly, my beautiful Ivy was flower girl and the Maid of honour wasn’t half bad too 😉
I’ll admit I couldn’t shoot the wedding of friends every week. It’s doubly as exhausting trying to work and socialise at the same time but I tell you one thing, it’s a shit load of fun! Luckily, I had a second for the day, the ace Matt Bowen, thanks so much buddy.
I give you Anne & Rob… I loved every second.
